This desk is made of satin birch wood which catches the light an gives a beautiful three dimensional movement to the surface.
It is totally free standing, meaning that the back of the desk is finished with drawers and handles to look identical to the front, except the drawers on the back don t open! So you can stand the desk in the center of the room if you prefer as well as against the wall.
It dates from circa 1860 and is 111cm wide x 60 cm deep x 71 cm high. 44" wide x 24" deep x 28' high

This desk dates from 1840 and is 126cm wide x 57cm deep x 75cm high/49.5" wide x 22.5" deep x 29.5" high to the surface. Choose any colour leather for the top that you like!
Also useful as a dressing table, it is made of the most beautiful wood called "birds eye" maple which has the wonderful pattern throughout! This one is designed to stand against a wall, and had a gallery around the top to prevent all your stuff falling off the back and sides!
